Here at Roots Swim School our instructors provide a solid swimming foundation for all. By giving children a positive and developmentally appropriate learning experience, they will become comfortable and confident swimmers. Our philosophy is based on having your child swim flat because we believe that it is the foundation for all strokes. We also introduce the basic water safety skills throughout our 20 week swim season. Our classes are small in size to allow for the maximum amount of one-on-one instruction and swim time for each child. Pufferfish-Starfish 1 levels have a four to one student-teacher ratio. class. Otter Baby levels have a six to one student-teacher ratio. Starfish 2- Sea Turtle 2 levels have a five to one student-teacher ratio. Manta Ray & Blue Tang levels have a five to one student-teacher ratio.
