One year of membership in good standing and have attended at least 1 Conference and/or Spring Event.
Complete #1 requirements; attend 5 Conferences and/or Spring Events, take the Infant Certification Course and have 3 years of consecutive membership in good standing.
<p>Complete #2 requirements; attend 10 Conferences and/or Spring Events, 5 consecutive years of membership in good standing and complete 3 of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Attend Champions Club for 3 years</li> <li>Serve on a Committee(s) for a total of 2 years (in good standing)</li> <li>Speak at 1 Conference/ Spring Event</li> <li>Submit 2 articles for consideration for the newsletter<br> &nbsp;</li> </ul>
<p>Complete #3 requirements; attend 15 Conferences and/or Spring Events, 7 years of consecutive membership in good standing and complete 3 of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Attend Champions Club for 5 years</li> <li>Serve on a Committee(s) for a total of 5 years(in good standing)</li> <li>Speak at 3 Conferences/ Spring Events</li> <li>Submit 5 articles for consideration for the newsletter<br> &nbsp;</li> </ul>
<p>Complete #4 requirements; attend 25 Conferences and/or Spring Events, 12 consecutive years of membership in good standing and complete 3 of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Attend Champions Club for 7 years</li> <li>Serve on a Committee(s) for a total of 6 years (in good standing)</li> <li>Speak at 5 Conferences/ Spring Events</li> <li>Submit 9 articles for consideration for the newsletter </li> </ul> <p><b>OR</b> be a recipient of the Guiding Light, Humanitarian or Hall of Fame Award. <br> &nbsp;</p>
